This is the graphite ingot mold which is used for casting gold, silver, copper, zinc or other metal. It is also called graphite boat since the shape like a boat. We have many design of the graphite boat. The center part can be one or more groove and the groove of the graphite casting molds can be square or round. Sometimes we also called it graphite launder. We can leave holes on the side if you need for the metallic solution spilling out. The carbon graphite mold can be also used as graphite crucible for melting.
